JA’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this Site.
Dispute Resolution: Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute relating to the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bedford, Indiana, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Venue: If for any reason a claim proceeds in court, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Lawrence County, Indiana.
