BEDFORD, IN — JA, a leading regional strategist in employee benefits advisor solutions and human infrastructure, proudly announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Chris Johnson, has been invited to serve on the Board of Directors for the Japan-America Society of Indiana (JASI).

“At JA, our mission is focused on helping organizations navigate and build sustainable, people-first workplace cultures,” said Chris Johnson, CEO of JA. “Joining the JASI Board of Directors is a profound honor. I look forward to contributing to a network that champions meaningful international partnership, local corporate innovation, and the shared economic growth of our communities.”

Driving Cross-Cultural and Economic Connection

Indiana maintains a historic, highly collaborative relationship with Japanese industry, playing host to hundreds of Japanese business facilities that support thousands of Hoosier manufacturing, technology, and corporate operations. JASI acts as a central resource linking these corporations, municipal leaders, universities, and cultural institutions together.

As part of his appointment, Johnson will join other key industry executives to provide governance, evaluate macro-level economic developments, and help spearhead initiatives that ensure Indiana remains a premier, welcoming environment for global business integration.

The appointment highlights JA’s broader focus on advancing human infrastructure—not just within individual client corporations, but within the broader civic networks that define the regional marketplace.
