1. No Professional Relationship or Advice

JAi is a research and brainstorming tool, not a licensed consultant.

• No Advisory Relationship: Use of JAi does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, or consultancy relationship between you and JA Benefits, LLC.

• Not a Substitute for Experts: JAi cannot provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Always consult with a verified JA professional for tailored strategies before making organizational decisions.

2. Human Review & Accuracy Disclaimer

AI technology is evolving and imperfect.

• The Accuracy Reality: JAi may occasionally produce “hallucinations,” factual errors, or biased/inappropriate content. JA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output.

• Obligation to Review: You are responsible for conducting a human review of any JAi-generated content before relying on or distributing it.

3. Data Privacy & “Active Listening”

Your privacy is paramount, but transparency is required regarding how AI models process data.

• Vendor Disclosure: JAi is powered by third-party foundation models (the “AI Vendors”). While JA does not intentionally retain personal identities from chats, your inputs are processed by these third-party systems.

• Prohibited Data Entry: You are strictly prohibited from entering Protected Health Information (PHI), Social Security numbers, or highly sensitive trade secrets into JAi.

• Model Improvement: Anonymized inputs may be used by JA or its vendors to refine the JAi experience. Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your anonymized data to be used for model improvement, please discontinue use of the tool.

• Privacy Policy: All data usage is subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Ownership of Content & Tech

To align with current legal standards:

• The Technology: The underlying AI models, software, and proprietary JA data remain the exclusive property of JA or its third-party vendors.

• The Outputs: To the extent permitted by law, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the outputs generated by JAi. JA disclaims any ownership interest in outputs that are solely AI-generated. If you share JAi-generated content, we ask that you be transparent that the insight was “Crafted with JAi.”

5. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

To protect the integrity of the JA Brand, you agree not to use JAi for:

• High-Risk Actions: Automated decision-making regarding employment, insurance eligibility, or financial credit.

• Harmful Conduct: Generating deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or offensive content.

• AI Training: Using JAi outputs to train competing machine learning models.

• System Abuse: Circumventing safety filters or attempting to “jailbreak” the tool.

• Minimum Age: This tool is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

• Termination: JA reserves the right to restrict or terminate access immediately if your use violates these standards or applicable local/international laws.

6. Limitation of Liability for AI

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JA shall not be liable for any damages (including indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your reliance on AI outputs. Use of JAi is entirely at your own risk.

7. Continuity & Cookies

JAi uses standard browser cookies to maintain the context of your current session.

• Not a Permanent Record: Chat history is stored locally on your device. Clearing your cookies or switching devices will result in a fresh start. JA is unable to provide historical exports of your chat data.
