After spending 6 years on the family farm, Spencer enjoys leveraging his learned values and work ethic to benefit the clients of JA. Prior to joining the JA Magic, Spencer served as a Production Specialist Intern with Aisin USA growing his skills in effective communication, teamwork, and becoming efficient across a number of business applications and technologies. Interestingly, prior to making his leap into the employee benefits industry, Spencer worked as a low voltage technician with N-I-Tech in Brownstown.
Spencer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in management and marketing from Indiana University Purdue University(IUPUC) in Columbus, IN.
He is certified in Health Plan Navigation and various Microsoft programs.
Within his community, Spencer is an active member of Seymour Christian Church and volunteers for 4-H, for which he enjoys jumping in to help out during the Jackson County Fair.
Spencer enjoys the time he gets to spend with friends and family, particularly fishing with his dad and helping his grandpa on the farm. Outside of family activities, you can often find Spencer headed to sporting events to root on his favorite teams, the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Blackhawks.
