JA Named 2025 Best Place to Work in Indiana

Bedford, IN, May 8, 2025 — On April 30, 2025, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce hosted 150 Indiana companies for the 20th edition dinner event to announce the 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana rankings. This year’s event was the largest in the history of the program, featuring honorees from all corners of the state and more than 20 industries.

In 2025, JA Benefits is honored to be recognized for the 13th consecutive year as one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work in the Small Companies category (15–34 U.S. employees). This consistent recognition reflects JA’s ongoing commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process. The 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana companies range in Hoosier employee count from 15 to 1,336.
