Since joining the JA team in 2008, Clint has served in all areas of JA’s core business practices, including customer support, account management, benefits consulting, leadership, and agency operations.

Today, as Partner & COO, Clint provides guidance and leadership to the JA team while focusing on the continuous enhancement of our culture and client experience as well as growth and development opportunities for our team. He continues to play an integral role in developing sound and efficient processes and practices to not only support the long-term success and growth of the agency but more importantly for our clients and team members.
