This month’s Dish is featuring Emilee Hannum, our SBU Account Manager here at JA Benefits.
Emilee has over 10 years of customer service experience. She provides timely and elite-level support responses on client service issues, involving but not limited to billing, eligibility, and claims review, by creating solutions, troubleshooting, and delivering service responses quickly with valuable results.
Emilee has two young children, and she enjoys working around the farm with the animals or on projects for the house. Emilee loves spending time with her family and friends whenever possible and having people over for game nights.
Red Velvet Trifle
Emilee’s favorite recipe to enjoy is her always requested Red Velvet Trifle.
Ingredients:
- 1 Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1 – 16 oz Whipped Topping
- 1 – small package of either Cheesecake or White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 – package of cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar (more or less, to your taste)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- White Chocolate Bar
- Red Sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
- Mix and bake cake per directions on the box. (can omit one egg)
- Let cool completely.
- Mix pudding per directions on the box. Once set, mix in 8 oz of the 16 oz Whipped Topping.
- In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the other 8 oz Whipped Topping. Mix in ½ cup sugar and 1 tsp of Vanilla. Mix well.
- Set both bowls aside.
- Once the cake is cool, remove from the pans and cut into small squares.
- Layer the cake, shaved white chocolate and both fillings alternately.
- Finish with shaved chocolate and red sprinkles, if desired.
- You can also add candy cane Hershey kisses around the holidays
