Emilee has over 15 years of customer service experience. She provides timely and elite-level support responses on client service issues, involving but not limited to billing, eligibility, and claims review, by creating solutions, troubleshooting, and delivering service responses quickly with valuable results.
Emilee was a 2004 graduate of BNL High School. She also has obtained her Resident Producer license in the State of Indiana.
In her community, Emilee is actively involved. She serves as the Vice President of the American Legion Auxiliary, is on the Committee for American Legion Entertainment, is a Fayetteville Lions Club Member, and frequently volunteers for a local women’s and children’s shelter called Becky’s Place.
Emilee has two children, Jaylee and Kyson. She resides on a small farm in Lawrence county. She enjoys watching Jaylee play high school golf, working around the farm with the animals, or on projects for the house. In her spare time, Emilee’s hobbies include concerts, traveling, thrifting, and spending time with family and friends.
