Our mission has been to help employers throughout the Midwest solve problems, primarily associated with employee benefits. That remains our mission regardless of health care reform. And we believe the challenges will likely be more difficult than those we have faced in years past in terms of making decisions about plan design, funding, exchanges and even general employment practices.
Many studies released to date indicate the majority of employers across the country will continue to offer medical benefits to employees.
