Megan brings a fresh perspective to the small business benefits space. With expertise in partnering with companies with 2-100 employees, she brings valuable market knowledge to create customized solutions specific to smaller employer issues. The day-to-day involvement in the small group space ensures that she is aware of the latest and greatest options available in the field.
Megan puts a strong focus on building relationships with clients through prompt and friendly communication throughout the entire benefits journey.
Megan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Indiana University. In 2017, she obtained her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
Megan is the Chair of the Board for the Bedford Chamber of Commerce, as well as the President of the Bedford Young Professionals, a group open to anyone, ages 21-40, who lives or works in Lawrence County, looking to grow professionally. She is also the Facilitator for Live Well Lawrence County, a local group that is committed to making Lawrence County a holistically healthy community.
Megan loves spending time with her husband, Brad, daughters, Reese and Ada, and dog, Snuffy. She and her family enjoy hiking and traveling. Megan currently has traveled to 13 different countries on four different continents!
She also enjoys working out with her gym family at Novus Strength Training, participating in the CrossFit Open, and running the occasional 5k.
