Jennifer Flynn, SHRM-CP

HR Business Partner


Prior to joining the JA Magic, Jennifer served as the Vice President of HR at her previous employer for over 15 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in everything from benefits administration to employee and management support and is excited to share her skillset to benefit the clients of JA. Throughout the years of her career, Jennifer has found success in her core belief that building relationships (both internally and externally) is the key to accomplishing goals.

Jennifer has earned her SHRM-CP certification (Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), which is a certification offered to human resources professionals to help them advance in their careers and demonstrate their knowledge of HR policies and strategies. She regularly attends continuing education training classes to maintain her certification and continue expanding her knowledge of all she can within the field of HR.

In addition, Jennifer has previously attended Indiana University and is looking forward to completing her degree in Human Resources.

Jennifer enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering her time to various organizations, including The Community Kitchen in Bloomington and the Alzheimer’s Association.

Jennifer enjoys spending time at home with her daughter, Elizabeth, and grandson, Jude. She also has two cats, Sunshine and Dusty. In her time off, she loves playing outside with Jude or getting away to find a good place on the beach to sit and relax.
