Greg Ransom is an Account Executive at JA Benefits.
Greg Ransom has worked in the industry for over 30 years. The majority of his experience is in the Third Party Administration area. He’s worked in sales, service and operational capacities, working with claims, eligibility and medical review units.
In his off time, Greg loves to hike, hunt, fish, boat and participate in various outdoor activities.
Shrimp
Greg’s favorite dish to enjoy with his family is grilled shrimp.
How to make it:
- Marinate the shrimp in lime juice, a splash of teriyaki sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
- After letting the shrimp marinate for about 30 minutes, cook them in a Big Green Egg for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Enjoy!
Santorini Greek Kitchen
Greg’s favorite restaurant is the Santorini Greek Kitchen. While their restaurant is closed, Santorini Greek Kitchen has a carryout service that Greg likes to use. “They have fantastic Hummus, Souvlaki and Gyro’s, and the Chango is excellent.”
