JA Benefits once again ranked in the top ten at the Best Places to
Work in Indiana dinner on May 1. JA Benefits, along with a record-tying
100 companies, were present at the awards dinner where the full service
employee benefits agency was named runner-up
in the small business category, and for the second year in a row, were
the top ranked employee benefits firm in the program.

Last year, JA Benefits, one of the largest independent employee
benefit firms in Indiana, ranked number eight on the 2013 small business
Best Places to Work in Indiana list. The program is designed to
identify, recognize and honor companies with high levels
of overall employee satisfaction. The selection process is handled by
The Best Companies Group, and selection is based on criteria used from
comprehensive employee surveys and employer submission.
