JA Benefits, LLC ranked number eight on the small business Best Places to Work in Indiana list, which was announced at the annual awards dinner on Thursday, May 3. The Indiana Best Places to Work is the largest awards event not only in attendance, but also in submissions.
JA Benefits is a first time applicant and award honoree. Doug Johnson shares, “We are again honored and humbled to be among so many noteworthy businesses across the state. We are in the benefits business which is all about people. We take our guidance to heart by offering the same best in class benefits to our people. We are truly committed and appreciate all that they do everyday.”
The Best Places to Work program is administered by the Best Companies Group. The four categories for the winners are as follows: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana.
