Drew discovered his love for helping people on his very first job as a part of the sales team at Men’s Warehouse when he was 18 where he quickly rose to taking on the store manager position.
Before joining the #JAMagic, Drew served over 15 years at Paychex, Inc. Over this course of his tenure, he served in a variety of roles (including Client Service Representative, Technical Support Specialist (IT), Internal & External Trainer, Senior Implementation Project Manager (SIPM) and HCM Solutions Consultant) which gives him the depth of experience and learned expertise to serve JA clients.
Drew loves to ‘dive into the issues’ to uncover what a client’s needs are and to ensure the solutions that are developed are meaningful. He thrives in the space of building and maintaining client relationships.
Throughout his career, Drew has gained insight and expertise with Payroll, HR, Time Keeping, Onboarding, Recruiting, General Ledger, API & other multi-system solutions, ASO(HR Solutions), as well as connected 401K, Health & Benefits, and PEO solutions.

Drew touts his tenacity in sticking to and achieving his career goals. He notes that he used to be ashamed of the lack of depth in his education profile, finding most (if not all) of his peers had higher degrees from schools that were more recognized. However, he has come to take pride in all that he has accomplished leveraging a strong work ethic, industry and life experience as a foundation for his success.

- STAR Award recipient, Paychex. The STAR award is presented to only a handful of employees out of 16,000 showing outstanding customer service and partnership.
Drew stays active and involved in his community through his children’s activities. He serves as a Basketball Coach for his daughter’s traveling Indy Hoops team, as well as contributes his time within the school system.
Additionally, his family donates their no longer used items to Goodwill versus holding garage sales.
Drew has two amazing kids, Myah and Dylan, as well as being engaged to his fiancé, Christine. Rounding out the family are their two dogs, Cotty & Izzy.
Drew spends most of his free time as family time, as school and sports activities keep them busy, but they also love to go camping, kayaking, and watching all the COLTS and Pacers games!
In more recent years, Drew has developed a passion for golf and tries to play often. He even built a golf simulator in his garage two years ago so he can continue playing through the winter!
As a ‘hands-on’ kind of guy, you will find Drew filling any remaining downtime with DIY projects such as installing his own in-ground pool, building a pool house, building fences, framing his own office w/ pocket door, planting gardens, and landscaping. His love for DIY doesn’t stop at projects around the home, however, and extends to him doing all of his own mechanical work including changing motors, transmissions, etc.. In fact, he is currently working to restore a convertible 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SL!
