We had a great time celebrating our employees who have birthdays and JA anniversaries this past month! More specifically, our team celebrated Mary Fisher, our Lead Solutions Advocate, who was celebrated for being a part of our JA Magic for 27 YEARS, and Sharon Saunders, our Executive Assistant who has been a part of our JA Magic for 5 YEARS!
Mary has held many roles at JA throughout her time here and was recently promoted to Lead Solutions Advocate, where she assists the rest of her team to make sure clients experience the highest level of customer service. She is well known in the office for helping her clients resolve their concerns and striving to make sure her clients are helped in a timely and efficient manner.
Sharon provides high-level administrative support to the executive management team here at JA Benefits. She has 24 years of experience in the administrative assistant/clerical field. She provides administrative support at JA by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical duties.
