We had a great time celebrating our employees who have birthdays and JA anniversaries this past month! More specifically, our team got together to celebrate Brooke Lipscomb who has been a part of our JA Magic for 1 year and Tatiana Ritter who has been with the JA magic for 3 years!
Brooke is an Account Manager at JA Benefits. Brooke brings a fresh perspective on quality assurance, time-management skills, and building personal relationships. She started her career as a Quality Coordinator and Purchasing Agent. During her time at this position, she gained necessary skills for following procedures in a timely manner and building personal relationships. She loves spending time with her husband and their two kids and in her spare time, she enjoys crafting or having game nights with her family.
Tatiana is also an Account Manager at JA Benefits. Tatiana’s ultimate goal is to deliver synergistic solutions in every interaction with her clients. She began her benefits career while working in the Human Resources field and due to her love of people, all of her jobs have revolved around helping others and providing service. In Tatiana’s free time she enjoys her busy home – with two children, three dogs and a cat along with her husband, she is always on the go. Tatiana’s family enjoys being outside, whether it’s in the woods or in the backyard playing baseball.
