Account Executive / Operations Manager


As Operations Manager, Clint provides guidance and leadership to the JA team. He focuses on continuous improvement of productivity and quality within our agency.

Throughout his time at JA Benefits, Clint has gained experience in all areas of the company’s core business practices, including customer support, account management, benefits consulting, and agency operations.

Clint’s background in customer service, account management, and employee benefits consulting allows him to provide elite-level support as an Account Executive while focusing on benefit strategies, health & wellness programs/management, vendor negotiations, employee communications, and plan administration and compliance.

Clint Parker studied Business and Economics at Hanover College. He has a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and is a licensed Life, Accident & Health Producer.

Clint also holds a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) Certification from the Hartford School of Insurance and a certificate in Health Plan Navigation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.

Clint and his wife reside in Jackson County with their daughter. A former college basketball player, he’s very active and adventurous and loves to mountain bike, run, hike, play basketball, and travel the Midwest racing off-road motorcycles.
