For the second year in a row, JA Benefits, LLC was recognized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as a Best Place to Work in Indiana. JA Benefits, along with a record-tying 100 companies, will be present at the May 1 awards dinner where the final rankings of each individual company will be announced.
Last year, JA Benefits ranked number eight in the 2013 small business category at the Best Places to Work in Indiana awards dinner. The program is designed to identify, recognize and honor companies with high levels of overall employee satisfaction. The program’s selection process is handled by The Best Companies Group, and selection is based on criteria used from comprehensive employee surveys and employer submission.
In addition to recognition as a Best Place to Work in Indiana at the May 1 awards dinner, JA Benefits will also be featured in an upcoming special section of BizVoice magazine.
